Jake Chamberlin, President of Superior Industrial Group, brings more than 16 years of construction and management experience to every project. Jake began his career in construction in 2013, quickly advancing from project management to senior leadership roles over a 10-year tenure — but his construction roots go back further. Prior to that, he managed capital projects for a sports management company overseeing Jacksonville’s major venues, where he was responsible for hiring and managing GCs firsthand. That owner-side experience gave him a perspective most contractors never develop.
His expertise lies in industrial buildouts and warehouse conversions, and he has spent over a decade collaborating with NAIOP, real estate developers, architects, and brokers throughout Northeast Florida and the entire Southeast.
Under Jake’s leadership, Superior Industrial Group combines hands-on construction knowledge with strategic project oversight. He’s committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results for industrial property owners, leveraging relationships with subcontractors nationwide to handle any project, regardless of scale.
